Lucy Hollingsworth Williamson RN MPH RYT
Mother to little women, health enthusiast, movement lover and rest indulger. Searching for my own golden space between strength and softness.
My goal as a yoga teacher is to help you find your version of wholeness and clarity. My teaching offers functional movement and spiritual guidance that supports and balances your your life's needs. My background in public health and disease prevention feeds my design of each class. In addition to 200hr Yoga training, I am Medi-Yoga Certified.
I teach privately 1:1, in couples, or group sessions.
I offer Pay-as-you-can Accessible Yoga in the Park seasonally
I visit preschools, college classes and jobs sites for movement classes and education on the power and benefits of stress reduction.

OFFERINGS

PRIVATE or GROUP SESSIONS
Your physical and mental needs change daily. Private yoga sessions allow you to truly practice what your body calls for in your own space. Sometimes intentional rest and stress relief, sometimes building strength and finding your flow. With a focus on alignment, your unique pace, and breath, private yoga sessions help you reconnect and rejuvenate your body. Together we will craft experiences that are tailored just for you.
